Blue flowers accent shrub-like plants mid to late summer. Grows 3-4 ft. tall. Can really take the heat! Full sun. Potted plants.

Flower Form: Small, two-lipped, like tiny snapdragons, in airy 9-12″ long panicles on the stem ends.
Soil Requirements: Average well-drained soil. Does not like wet feet.
Growth Rate: Moderate to fast depending on warmth.
Pruning: Cut back in early spring. Can prune back all the way to the lowest bud. Late winter, early spring.
Foliage: Gray-green leaves are opposite on the stems and narrowly ovate, 1-2″ long, 1/3 – 3″ margins with serrated edges.
